In order to empower students with yoga-inspired exercises to promote lifetime wellness, Yoga sessions are organized once every week at Bhatnagar International Summit, where students learn & perform Yogic exercises & develop body-mind awareness and the ability to nurture their own well-being.

Children are also made aware of the physical benefits of practicing yoga along with its educational benefits, such as improved attention, self-confidence, and relaxation.
